Sausage Egg Casserole



6 eggs

2 cups milk

1 tsp mustard

1/2 tsp salt

4-6 slices of bread

1 lb cooked hot sausage

1 lb shredded cheddar cheese



  • Beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard

  • Spread bottom of dish with bread buttered and broken

  • Sprinkle sausage and cheese over bread

  • Pour egg mixture over sausage and cheese

  • Refrigerate over night

  • Cook at 325 degrees for 30 minutes

We use a 9x13 casserole dish
